Client Brief:

Restore power to the building after the collapse of a private pole and address any defects to prevent future electrical issues.

Work:

– Connected a generator to supply temporary power during repairs.
– Installed a new 60-metre underground cable from the street to the main switchboard in the       basement car park, running it beneath the driveway slab.
– Completed minor switchboard repairs to meet safety standards.
– Ensured the public pathway remained accessible and safe throughout the project.
– Reinstated the driveway and garden to pre-work condition.

Outcome:

The power was restored successfully, with all defects resolved. The project was completed with minimal disruption to residents, and the site was fully reinstated. The building’s electrical system is now future-proofed, ensuring long-term safety and reliability.
