Replace existing main switchboard for apartment building. Existing main switchboard was outdated and contained asbestos. Davidsons Electrical and Data Isolated the building at the network pole and replaced the incoming overhead service lines. Removed the existing asbestos switchboard without disturbing the asbestos. Installed the new purpose built switchboard into the same location. Connected all the apartments into their own individual enclosures and repowered the powered switchboard and units inside of a day.

Project has been constructed to architects specifications. Construction passed passive home requirements and clients have moved in.
Department of Housing roof repair and replacement. The NSW government are repairing and replacing the roofs of their housing commission homes throughout Sydney, in an attempt to make the work safer for their contractors. Ventia on behalf of the department of housing have chosen to have the property isolated from the energy network whilst the work is completed. This removes the risk of electric shock causing injuries or fatalities when accidentally contacting the overhead service lines.
